Who is it for?
This account is designed for those about to begin or currently pursuing post-secondary studies, offering an accessible, low-cost service.
Requirements
- Present one of the following: class schedule, enrollment confirmation, acceptance letter, student ID, or VAPR Federal Credit Union VIP card.
- Required age: between 16 and 25 years old.
- If the student is between 16 and 17 years old, a parent or legal guardian must open the account on their behalf, agreeing by contract that the funds will benefit the minor.

Required deposit
Once membership requirements are met, you can open your account with just $25.00. If you don't qualify under your school's field of membership, a $20 PVA fee applies.
